Motor Rotor Baking Oven
Product Description
Motor Rotor Baking Oven is heated chamber used for drying of solvents or varnish and resins used in the windings of electric motors and transformers. Recirculated air blower is provided to constantly circulate hot air in interior chamber, with high rate vertical or horizontal airflow, which offer excellent temperature uniformity.
Conventional dip and bake using convection heat typically have dip times in the range of 5 to 30 min for larger parts and bake times of 2 to 4 h at 200°C. Times range from 30 s to 5 min for smaller parts. Parts coated with water-based varnishes will operate at lower temperatures.

► SAFETY PROTECTION
- Separate excess temperature interlock to turn off heat on malfunction of main temperature controller
